      White and pink gladioli decorated the altar at St.Veronica's Church at Sault Ste. Marie Saturday morning October 12th at 11:00 a.m.when Miss Lotti Mary Chester became the bride of Arthur Linley. Rev. Frank Farenzina officiated at the ceremony.
      The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Korelius Chester, 117 Goudais avenue, and the late Alex Chester, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.William Linley, Gore Bay.
      Mrs. Naccarato played the traditional wedding music,
      The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Bob Chester, wo rea shantung sheath dress in medium blue with a matching picture hat trimmed with feathers, matching accessories and a bouquet of white mums.
      The bride was attended by Miss Stella Potocny, who wore a brown crystalette dress with pink and brown accessories and a bouquet of pink mums.
      The best man was Mr. Jack Hamilton and the usher was Mr. Paul Trudeau.
      The wedding luncheon and afternoon reception were held at the "Golden Steer".
      For receiving, the bride's sister, Mrs. Paul Trudeau wore a beige dressmaker suit with brown and beige accessories and a corsage oftangerine roses.
      The groom's mother wore a navy blue dress with pink accessories and a corsage of pink carnations.
      For travelling through the States, the bride wore a green wool jersey dress with beige and brown accessories and a corsage of white mums.
      On their return they will take up residence at 117 Goulais Ave, Sault Ste.Marie.
      Among the out of town guests at the wedding were, Mr. and Mrs. George Foster, Warren, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Mr.cand Mrs. Wm Linley and Ted and Mrs. Lois Orford, Gore Bay, Mr.and Mrs. Harvey Wilson, Iron Bridge.

      The family of Lottie Linley wishes to announce the peaceful passing of their beloved aunt at the Ontario Finnish Rest Home on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Art. Predeceased by her brother Robert Tchorzeski (late Mildred "Mickey") and her sisters Helen Trudeau (late Paul) and Matilda "Tilley" Foster (late George). Also loved and missed by many nieces and nephews. Special longtime friend of Maryon and Larry Young. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home- Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 11 am to 12 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 12 pm. Fr. Hamish Currie officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to the Ontario Finnish Rest Home Association would be appreciated. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Survived by her dear sister Lottie Linley (late Arthur). Predeceased by her brother Robert Tchorzeski (late Mildred "Mickey") and her sister Matilda "Tilley" Foster (late George). Also loved and missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, April 25, 2016 from 11 am to 12 pm. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church at 1 pm. Rev.
