      Joyce Bradley (handwritten 1957)
      Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 8, at Manitowaning United Church, for Joyce Ruby Bradley, 11 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bradley of Manitowaning. Joyce died at Sudbury General Hospital, on Monday, August 5. She had been in ill health for about a year and a half.
      Born in Sudbury, Joyce later moved with her parents to Manitowaning.
      Besides her parents, she is survived by three brothers Beverley, Raymond and Dennis and a sister Jean.
      On Tuesday, August 6, funeral services were held in the chapel of the Jackson & Bernard Funeral Home, Sudbury. Rev. Ashford officiated.
      On Thursday, August 8, a private funeral service was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley. Later public services were held at Manitowaning United Church. Rev. Laverty and Rev. Bowes officiated. Mrs. G. Wallace was organist. Special hymns were Lead Kindly Light and Jesus Loves. The choir sang Precious Jewels.
      Pallbearers were James White, James Hembruff, Brian Hunter, Beverley Moggy, Bobby Prudy, and Delmer Fields.
      Interment took place at Hilly Grave (sic) Cemetery.
